This newsletter and website are run by Sara Tello ("I"), based in Quito, Ecuador. I am responsible for the personal information you share with me.

2. What information I collect
When you subscribe, I collect your full name and email address. I also keep a record of when and how you subscribed, as proof of your consent. The website is built on Wix, which may use cookies and similar technologies. You can manage them through the cookie settings on the site.

3. Why I collect it

• To send you the Beyond Your Brew newsletter by email, about every two weeks.

• To address you by name in the emails.

• To reply if you write to me.

I collect this information because you agreed to it when you ticked the box and subscribed. I do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. Who processes your information
I use Wix to host this website, collect subscriptions, and send the newsletter. Wix processes your information on my behalf, and it may be processed in countries other than yours. For more detail, see Wix's own privacy policy.

5. How long I keep it
I keep your name and email while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information, I will remove it, except for a minimal record that you unsubscribed so I do not email you again by mistake.

6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, ask me to delete it, withdraw your consent at any time, object to how it is used, and complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, write to me at hello@saratello.com.

This newsletter is not meant for children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
